Deliveries only within Switzerland.

The deliveries are usually made within 6 working days. If we do not have an item in stock or if it is sold out, we will inform you as soon as possible. The delivery is made at the risk of the recipient.

There is no minimum order value.

The shipping cost within Switzerland is between CHF 3.– for letters and CHF 9.– for parcels. You pay the shipping costs only 1x per order. We send you your items free of shipping costs from an order value of CHF 50.-

The deliveries are sent by Swiss Post, during normal working hours. Please choose the shipping address so that someone can receive the package.

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), excluding statutory VAT.

Deliveries are made against prepayment. The bank details will be sent to you when you place an order.

Complaints due to defects or due to incomplete or incorrect delivery must be notified to us in writing without delay, at the latest 20 days from the invoice date.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs and additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the favorable standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Please return the goods to:

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to the handling of the goods which is not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

The warranty does not apply if the defect or damage was caused by improper handling, maintenance or care of the goods. The buyer takes the instructions and recommendations provided for this from the enclosed notes.

Important: Please be sure to keep the invoice. Without a proof of purchase, they can not make warranty claims.

Until full payment has been received, the goods remain the property of Zurich Film Festival AG.

Claims for damages due to errors in illustrations, prices and texts or due to delayed and omitted delivery remain strictly excluded. The color of the products shown in the online store may differ from the actual product color.
